Qualified

• Each of our private duty caregivers is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• All CNA’s are periodically monitored and evaluated by a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Every caregiver is an employee of Ivory House – not an independent contractor
• We provide their workman’s compensation and liability insurance
• Ivory House is licensed as a Residential Services Agency, and exceeds the requirements of the Maryland Office of Health Care Quality
• We verify credentials, perform background checks and contact references
• We specifically seek individuals who value the development of long-term, mutually life-enhancing relationships with our clients

• We conduct exhaustive client evaluations to uncover individual needs

• Whatever you need help with – caring companionship, supervision of medication, help with activities of daily living, transportation, housekeeping and laundry, meal planning and preparation, communication with family and support team
