After a complimentary phone consultation covering the general options, we travel wherever necessary to meet prospective clients and complete an assessment of their physical and emotional condition. We look closely at the details of daily life to see where help is most needed, and also perform an important home safety evaluation.

Unlike many services, we pay special attention to personality and the cultural considerations that can mean much to a person’s comfort – things like:

• Can they communicate naturally and easily with their caregivers?
• Are there food differences called for by a cultural or religious background?
• Is their social setting appropriate, or more formal/casual than they were used to?
