Desr Marie, I am sorry for the late connection to your request for discussion about care for your husband. I am sure by now you have made arrangements but if you haven't please call me at 410-823-3153 push 0 and ask receptionist for me, Hazel Kuchinsky. Apparently the connection for the blog and comments did not connect properly.. Again I hope your husband has recovered from his MRSA infection and has been able to come home. Sometimes confusion can be the result of the strong antibiotics he has received and the anesthesia from the surgery. If you have any other questions please e-mail me, I will be happy to answer them. Sincerely, Hazel Kuchinsky RN_APRN_BC

I would like to discuss home care for my husband who is now in rehabilation at Mannor Care. He has been in the hospital for a staph infection that required surgery on his lumbar spine. This is almost healed. He has some confusion from all the medication and length of time which was about 6 weeks. He is 85 years old.
