As founder and CEO of Ivory House Health Services, building a company that cares for people in difficult times represents the culmination of a rewarding and pleasurable career in advanced practice nursing.
I began this company with a vision of a comprehensive care management and nursing assistance delivery system - one that could professionally and compassionately assess and address each client’s unique needs. Whether someone was returning home from a hospitalization or trying to remain at home despite age, disability or illness-related challenges, our system would foster dignity, independence, security and the highest quality of life possible. I also thought it was important to help provide families with much-needed peace of mind during such trying times.
Today I’m proud to say that Ivory House is the realization of that vision. We offer a care management nursing team with extensive medical knowledge and experience. We have dedicated and well-trained Certified Nursing Assistants who truly understand the importance of “being there” for someone. And our office staff makes excellence in client service their top priority.

“A Lesson Learned From Geese”
When a goose is sick, wounded or shot down, two others drop out of formation and follow it down to help and protect it. They stay either until it is able to fly, or dies. Then they launch back out on their own to find another formation or catch up with their flock.
If we have as much sense as geese, we too will stand with each other in difficult times as well as when we are strong.
