The mission of Ivory House Health Services is to provide innovative, holistic and creative in-home care solutions for seniors and disabled individuals with chronic conditions. Our goals are to enable clients to stay in their homes and receive experienced care that improves their daily functioning and quality of life while stabilizing the disease process. Through a carefully planned model of care, Ivory House Health Services keeps hospitalizations and emergency room visits to a minimum.
